- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
BUYERS: I am FREE - Seller pays my commission. Use my construction experience, financial knowledge and proven negotiation strategies to help you find and buy your dream home in this competitive market! SELLERS: I charge a 5% commission which gets split with the buyers agent, the brokers for both agents, and is used to pay for the marketing of your property. Our marketing packet is robust and includes but is not limited to - online marketing, - detailed MLS and excellent copy - Professional Photos/3D Tour/Video - Facebook/InstaGram/Twitter - website/Add words - print adds, - mailers, - email, - flyers, - calls
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I adapted quickly to the COVID-19 restrictions and can sell a home safely or help you buy one safely by using technology and the CDC requirements. We can meet in person, over a zoom call or however you feel comfortable. During the conversation we will discuss you needs, wants and timeline. I walk you through the process, answer your questions and give you a market analysis and hands on experience of what is happening, what to expect, and how to win in this market. I provide accurate and timely info which you can use to make the best decision for your family!

- General Contractors License - Built custom homes, apartment buildings for 10+ years - MBA - Finance - Creative problem solving, I know financing and creative ways to finance and buy/sell properties - Realtors License - Buying and Selling properties from years and still actively selling so I have my fingers on the pulse of the real estate market
