- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes - rates in the real estate industry are pretty standard with selling commissions running at about 6% (to be split between both agents) and there aren't fees charged to a buying client. This fee however, is also something that can fluctuate depending on the type of sale etc so there maybe some eligibility for our VIP Rebate program, which can lead to substantial rate reductions! I'd be happy to share with you at my listing presentation!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I feel it's always best to start with a brief interview to find out what it is that my clients are looking for so I have a clear understanding and can focus on a proper plan to achieve their end goal. I work with buyers & sellers and everyone has a different reason for buying &selling houses so it's important to know individual circumstances and timelines to know how to proceed wisely and efficiently!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
It takes several classes and many months before and after getting licensed by the state of California to earn the right to buy and sell houses. The markets are ever changing and so is the industry! I go to great lengths to stay informed of all the latest technology, offerings and real estate practices in order to provide my clients with best service possible!
