Professional, thorough, curtious listener, and organized are the first qualities that Armando and his company New Era Roofing provided to me for my residence. After personally inspecting our residential roof for leaks, Armando prepared and delivered a quote, his business license number and other necessary business information, as well as a scheduled repair date. With upcoming rain due to San Diego North County, Armando immediately without hesitation installed a tarp to protect our roof and returned on the scheduled date to make all necessary repairs. Not only did he repair the leaks, but he took care of our property making sure that there were no broken tiles or debris left behind. He contacted me at completion and reassured me that the roof was set to go. Armando finished his craftmanship repairs delivering a strong foundation of trust and quality work. With recent rains, I am certain that my roof is free from any leaks.
