Ken and Erin are awesome! They have really changed the way my self and my wife approach fitness ! There knowledge and experience is very apparent from the first work out! I really appreciate how they custom fit each individual to there full potential ! For me and my wife it is equally important to work with someone that is easy going and personable! I can truly say that this dynamic duo is just that to sum it up knowledgeable, personable ,and very professional! I personally would recommend EFV to anyone that is interested in learning the proper ways to work out and build confidence in themselves
Wow! An hour goes so fast and I get a good workout plus learning Krav Maga. It is a friendly helpful environment that you are only in competition with yourself. Always encouraged to push yourself to do your very best. Lots of one on one because the instructors walk around the students when doing the drills/exercises and make suggestions and corrections as needed. (In Orange county I was charged $100.00 for 45 minutes for a one on one.) They have a wide range of people from children’s classes to adult classes with ages from teens to 70s. The common thread seems that everyone wants to learn Krav Maga, build self-confidence, get stronger and more fit while having fun. Can’t bet that!

Ari is an exceptional personal trainer. He was able to accommodate my busy schedule and train me in the comfort of my own home, which was very important as a busy working mom. He provided me with the tools and skills necessary for me to reach my post-baby weigh loss goals by implementing a personalized fitness plan. Ari is both pofessional and experienced I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for motivation to reach their fitness goals.
Learn self defense at home. We offer a mobile service. We will come to you and train you in the most effective form of self defense. This is not sport fighting or MMA. It is straightforward, using leverage, timing and distance, kicks , punches, joint locks and the fighting mentality . You learn how to use sticks and knives, as you learn the hand-to-hand techniques. We will need a small room or carpeted area to train in. Private lessons will run about 45 per hr. Similar to krav maga and many other arts as Kung fu San Soo is one of the oldest martial arts in the world. Now contracted to teach class at the community center at 1st st. in yucaipa. It is better if we are training 2 persons at a time. We will train large groups if needed. Price is per person. My experience in self defense is (verifiable).
I train people in self-defense and condition mind and body for those stressful situations. My training includes striking and grappling techniques.

I am a black belter in taekwondo and a retired army ranger. I can also offer counseling to victims who have been bullied as I also have a degree in psychology.
I teach basic and advanced self-defense and intermediate close combat, focusing on easy-to-learn techniques.
When being taught self defense by him, he went through everything step-by-step and always was had me go through the movement one step at time until I go the hang of it.
Very straight forward, real world applications, which is exactly what we need - just get right down to it. We have tried other self defense courses which spend a lot of time on learning discipline and self control (which is great if that's what someone is looking for) but this jumps right in and we're learning real world techniques in the first minute. Highly recommend and looking forward to the next session.
I started boxing lessons with Chuck about 8 months ago. With no prior boxing or martial arts experience, I had no idea what to expect when walking into a boxing gym. I started my search online, looking at reviews and prices. Luckily, I decided to try out Classic Boxing Coach and struck gold. Although not fancy or over-the-top, the gym has all the equipment one would need (at least from what I can tell). It's never too crowded but also never lacks energy. All of the other trainers and members that I have met have been warm and welcoming, always willing to chat or share a funny story. When walking into a boxing gym for the first time ever, I expected an intimidating, intense, and cold competitive environment; yet this gym offers a hard-training atmosphere with only positive vibes and good spirits. Chuck is an amazing trainer. I think the best thing about his training is his positive and energetic attitude. He is one of those people who is always present in the moment. He puts his focus and attention onto whomever he is training. He brings in the perfect blend of mental and physical toughness. Chuck explains the sport both philosophically and technically, while still putting the athlete through hard physical workouts. The training experience at Classic Boxing Coach comes with a great balance between training and fighting. There is enough sparring to create excitement and anxiety (if one chooses to spar), but not so much that each week is an all-out fierce battle with other members. Overall, I've had an incredible experience so far at this gym. I've learned the technical aspects of boxing, had great and grueling workouts, and had some good battles in the ring. Chuck is a great coach and an even better person. He always puts the clients first. I highly recommend this gym for anyone thinking about starting boxing or switching gyms.
