I started my business out here in Temecula in 2012, and I really enjoy my work and helping people when they have problems with there pool. I highly recommend Innovative Pool Service. Lee responded to our request for service within minutes. He came to our house in about an hour. Our pool was not priming. Lee found the problem, got the pool running and recommended products to buy to prevent the problem reoccurring. Lee was professional, friendly, punctual, and knowledgeable. Great price as well. Had bad experience with my last pool person who left our pool green and failed to even show up.

Mr. Lee was hired in August 2025 to remove and replace my pool heater. Mr. Lee called an scheduled an appointment to conduct a site visit to see the status of my pool equipment. We discussed pool heat pumps. I then made a purchase and Mr. Lee returned on a weekend and installed my new Aquastrong Heat Pump. When he was done it was a work of art. Mr Lee is truly appreciated for his time, quality of work, knowledge and candor. Thank you Lee!
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on several factors, first size of your pool, bigger pools require more chemicals and maintainence. Also we look at organic matter that will get into pools such as leaves and dirt, these components will affect your water chemistry especially when the weather gets warm. And finally your equipment, is it a chlorine pool or salt, this will determine how much and what chemicals are mainly used in your pool service.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New customers are always treated to a free service call to go over and explain our services and prices, its always best to get a close up look at the pool and equipment to better explain the process of our services.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Personally I have over 20 years of experience around the pool industry. I have been running my pool business out in the Temecula Valley are since 2012, and have recently expanded our service area to San Clemente and surrounding areas Dana Point, SanJuan Capistrano, we are also certified water technicians, and are constantly continuing our education on all new equipment that comes out on the market to better serve our customers.
