FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Customers should know that my pricing is fair, transparent, and based on the scope of work. I provide upfront estimates with no hidden fees, so clients know what to expect before the job begins. Pricing may vary depending on the size of the project, materials needed, access, and overall complexity. I strive to offer competitive rates while maintaining high-quality workmanship. Discounts may be available for repeat customers, bundled services, or larger projects. Any additional work requested outside the original scope is discussed and approved before moving forward, ensuring full transparency. My goal is to provide honest pricing that reflects quality, reliability, and long-term results, not shortcuts or rushed work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process starts with an initial conversation to understand the customer’s needs, goals, and expectations. I ask a few key questions and, when possible, review photos or visit the site to properly evaluate the scope of work. Once I understand the project, I provide a clear and honest estimate outlining the work to be done. After we agree on the details, I schedule the job at a convenient time and confirm all expectations before starting. During the project, I communicate openly, arrive on time, and work efficiently while maintaining a clean and safe work area. If anything unexpected comes up, I discuss it with the customer right away before proceeding. After the job is completed, I review the work with the customer to make sure everything meets their expectations. My goal is to ensure a smooth, stress-free experience from the first contact to the final result.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have hands-on, practical training gained through years of real-world experience in the field. I learned my trade by working directly on residential and commercial projects, developing strong skills through on-the-job training and continuous practice. Over time, I’ve expanded my knowledge by staying up to date with proper techniques, tools, and materials used in the industry. I’m always learning and improving, whether through manufacturer guidelines, job-site experience, or industry best practices. This combination of practical training, experience, and attention to detail allows me to complete projects efficiently, safely, and to a high standard of quality.
