The complaint from renters was moisture and mildew build-up on very cold days with the heater on causing condensation where furniture and / or clothing was in close proximity to the walls. After quite a bit of research online, I decided to go with cellulose injected in between the studs from the exterior of the house. I inquired about the service with a few different companies, and Everguard Insulation was by far the easiest to work with. Gave them my estimated square footage, they gave me a price. Other companies wanted to come out and look at the place, and I just didn't have the time for that. Steve and Cynthia answered all my questions, were easy to get a hold of, and showed up in the time window we had set up. The crew that showed up went right to work, and the process was quick and easy. While they were there, I had the addict done as well. If you have the need for insulation services, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Everguard Insulation. Thanks!"See more
