- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
First consultation is free to see if we're a good fit. (VIRTUAL CLASSES) Start at $30 per class. Learn healthy cooking techniques in 45-minute remote classes in a group setting. For beginner and intermediate homecooks. __ Classes start at $95 per person and $250 per couple excluding food costs (Ventura county, LA, SFV, and Burbank). Ask about special pricing for groups. Classes take 2 to 3 hours with an hour of setup and clean up. Catering costs start at $50 per person for family style. Costs start at $95 per person for plated or for 6 or less people.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Have a 15 minute chat on the phone to understand what you're looking at for and any dietary preferences. Then, email you with a list of possible menus, price options to get started.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Training from Le Cordon Bleu graduate in culinary and pastry and internships in France and Italy. In addition, extensive international travel around the world. I also earned my bachelor of science in nutrition from college and worked with dieticians to provide personal chef services for weight loss.
