When we had a drain issue, I knew exactly who I was going to call. (We have used Drain Pros before on a major plumbing issue) Jesse is the most knowledgeable person I have ever met when it comes to plumbing issues and resolutions. I also love that he gave us different options/alternatives and pricing on how to go about fixing the issue of old, broken pipes.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do free estimates; we are not the cheapest as we offer something most companies can't! Also, we are not the most expensive because our overhead is lower. We do have financing options available; this is good because plumbing stuff never happens when you want it to! We will also give second opinion's at no charge and usually can beat competitors prices or we will try and adjust our prices and work with you to beat there bid (must be reputable competitors)
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All my customers are treated like friends and family, since we specialize in larger jobs you will be trusting us with probably one of the biggest purchases you have made in your life. Crew is friendly and we work around your life to make this experience as stressless as possible. I will come out and bid the job and keep you in the house while we do the work, no need in extra expenses for hotel stays or asking friends and family to stay with them!! 99% of the jobs we do you won't have to leave for, which is better for us because we want you to see what is happening and how everything is installed.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
3rd Generation plumber and 4th Generation contractor in my family. You can say it's in my blood! Every shop i have worked at over the years i have been the plumber all the other guys called or came to when they needed questions answered or help with their projects. I also love teaching and have done it at a few shops over the years.
