- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The pricing structure is dependent on the particular project and I try to give a fair quote based on the client's description of the scope of work in the request provided.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always like to have an in-depth conversation with a new customer to clearly establish the scope of their project as well as a clear delineation of their expectation in terms of turnaround time for completion.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed a medical terminology course and received a certification for that completion.
