Introduction: My name is Spenser I have been training for almost two years and I have worked with a wide variety of clients focused on anything from sports performance to weight loss. My background is from high school football strength and conditioning and I have the NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist certification which makes me more qualified to work on improving range of motion, strengthening the right target muscles to get my clients moving better and feeling less pain while they do.
