- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I continually attend health and classes. Everything from classes on how to train people with osteoporosis, to nutrition classes to corrective exercise and recent trends in weight loss. I am continually in the classroom.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Fitness: Weight loss, muscle building, fat reduction, toning, increase of balance, flexibility, endurance and strength. Pain reduction using vibration plate acceleration training. Classes include Jump Sport mini trampoline, Zumba, Just Move 4 Life cardio class, TRX, Bellydance, Tappercise and more. CPR/AED/First Aid American Heart Association Certification: Learn from a California EMT. Taught in a way that will help you remember what you've learned when the need arises. Save a life!
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Be sure to look for a trainer with accredited certifications. It also help to find someone who has achieved what you'd like to achieve; someone with whom you can easily connect. I focus in four areas: Strength, Endurance, Balance and Flexibility. I also have a certification in Nutrition from the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
