- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
repair labor is basef on a $35 per hour plus parts. Average cost of a site visit is $35-$140. most jobs take 30 minutes to an hour and a half. parts are priced at usually 25% above my cost which I make transparent on site. minimum site visit cost is $17.50 for the diagnosis but that is waved if i am hired to complete the job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
there is always a diagnosis first which can be any afternoon during the week between 3pm and 6pm. unless it's something that can be quickly done in an hour or less most repairs are done on friday or saturday .
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
i was an apprentice as a pool cleaner for five years. before obtaining my LA County Health Department license in 2006 #T5266
