Guido and his partner did an incredible job! They were thorough in a way I didn’t even expect, got every single window spotless, and went above and beyond in the care they took cleaning my windows and screens. Super professional, friendly, and clearly take real pride in their work. You can tell they actually care about doing it right, not just getting through the job. I always tried to be fair with the price of my customers. The bigger the job I tried my best to compromise with a better discount.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
check the areas where I'm going to be work.
make sure that there is no broken glass if there is, I let the customer know about it
I ask if there is anything else it need to be done before I started to work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
high school graduate. but I been working in the welding industry before that I work as a customer service for a restaurant and salesperson.
