- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I always tried to be fair with the price of my customers. The bigger the job I tried my best to compromise with a better discount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
check the areas where I'm going to be work. make sure that there is no broken glass if there is, I let the customer know about it I ask if there is anything else it need to be done before I started to work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
high school graduate. but I been working in the welding industry before that I work as a customer service for a restaurant and salesperson.
