- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I create packages based on how many times a week someone wants to do sessions and their goals. I always work with people and their budgets. Also, I currently only do remote sessions. It keeps costs down because there's no travel. The 1st session is FREE. There's no charge to schedule with me because all trainers are unique and I'd love to find out if we're a good fit to work together.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always find out how the student's body feels (are there any new or old injuries we should be aware of) and what their main goals are (stress relief, weight loss, strength, flexibility, pain reduction, etc) and create sessions that safely heal the body and help the student reach their goals!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified yoga therapist (C-IAYT) and also an experienced registered yoga teacher (E-RYT 500) as well as a personal trainer. I have thousands of hours of training and teaching and have taught thousands of students. With my background in yoga therapy and exercise science, I use movements that challenge your body, but safely support it. I am passionate about providing personalized sequences and exercise sessions that will help you meet your goals and leave you feeling better than when you started and give you more confidence about your body because it's backed by science.
