Introduction: I teach a really simple style of movement that’s designed to leave you feeling amazing & not exhausted or too sore afterwards - and it encourages flexibility, weight loss, and strength. I love helping people feel absolutely amazing in their bodies. 1. Your first remote session is absolutely no cost. I really want you to experience the whole-body benefits of a session! Remote yoga and workouts are tailored to your unique body available via Zoom, YouTube, Facetime, and Skype. 2. I loan equipment to all my long-term clients. It's like Doordash for exercises. No figuring out what you need or investing more money than needed. I bring the equipment you need and leave it on your doorstep! 3. I combine yoga, mobility and strength work for sessions that are accessible, simple, and yet have powerful benefits for whole body and mind. The sessions can be 15 minutes to an hour - you pick the time frame that is best for you and I'll get you the maximum benefits in that time. 4. I specialize in working with couples and providing adjustments so both individuals get the movement their unique body needs as well as individuals in their 40s, 50s, 60s, and 70s - adjusting movement to avoid injury or excessive soreness and rehab any existing nagging injuries. 5. I am passionate about providing ----> personalized <---- yoga and fitness sequences & programs that will help you meet your goals (weight loss, more mobility, less anxiety, stress relief, etc) and more importantly, each session will make you feel better than when you started! I absolutely love watching people feel better, stronger, calmer, and happier!

I have worked with Heather for over a year. It's AMAZING the progress that I have made! I started with her hesitant, cautious, and somewhat embarrassed with the shape I was in - but she has given me so much confidence. I am 49 and feel like I did when I was in college. My muscles are stronger, my flexibility is better and my mind is clearer. ALSO - I think Heather is the only person to make sure I had the equipment I needed for in-home workouts. How INCREDIBLE is that?? I didn't know that service was even out there. I know if she hadn't provided me with those things, I would not have made as much progress - because I didn't have any equipment! AND, she continued to make changes in the equipment as I kept getting stronger! If you want someone who is extremely FUN and ENCOURAGING and KNOWLEGABLE - work with Heather!!

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    I create packages based on how many times a week someone wants to do sessions and their goals. I always work with people and their budgets. Also, I currently only do remote sessions. It keeps costs down because there's no travel. The 1st session is FREE. There's no charge to schedule with me because all trainers are unique and I'd love to find out if we're a good fit to work together.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    I always find out how the student's body feels (are there any new or old injuries we should be aware of) and what their main goals are (stress relief, weight loss, strength, flexibility, pain reduction, etc) and create sessions that safely heal the body and help the student reach their goals!

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I am a certified yoga therapist (C-IAYT) and also an experienced registered yoga teacher (E-RYT 500) as well as a personal trainer. I have thousands of hours of training and teaching and have taught thousands of students. With my background in yoga therapy and exercise science, I use movements that challenge your body, but safely support it. I am passionate about providing personalized yoga sequences and exercise sessions that will help you meet your goals and leave you feeling better than when you started and give you more confidence about your body because it's backed by science.
