Eddie from Drain Guys is an excellent resource for our plumbing needs. At the time of this review we are only at the stage of receiving estimates for the work so this is just a review of the estimate process and first impressions. He is prompt and his expertise in plumbing shines through during our conversations about the project. He is deliberate in explaining what he thinks the work will entail and patient in listening to the clients needs. When we finalize our project more we hope to be able to move ahead and work with Drain Guys.

We had a sewer smell in the house suddenly. After calling one plumber who immediately told us $4000 to test for the problem, we got a second opinion from Meija.
Our mom had passed away so the shower and tub hadn’t been used for 9 mos. This caused the trap to be empty of water. The first plumber told us that a smoke test needs to be done for the cost of $3,000 plus something else. We then ran water in that bathroom and got a second opinion the same day.
Meija was very professional and told us that the smell has gone away so just run a bit of water occasionally in the shower and tub and see if that solves the problem. He didn’t charge us anything.
We appreciate his honesty and would absolutely use him for any future projects.
