He also repaired the loose bracket holding my curtain tie rod, installed a door stop, patched a hole in my wall, fixed the stuck roller on my bifold closet door, and hung two picture frames. Every job was done carefully and thoroughly. I especially appreciated that he wore shoe covers and cleaned up the work area before leaving. He said to me in a rude tone “I wish you would have told me this before”. I said, well I thought I did, but didn’t think it was a big deal. I did hear from Zach. He was not told it was a rental, but was good. He called me, told me what was wrong and cost. He fixed the door the tenants were happy. He called me and took payment. I was very pleased with Zach.
