Unprofessional. I am not recommending Brian for any job big or small.

Would you please consider removing this. The circumstances were unusual and extra ordinary. I came and walked the job and fully intended to bid the project to win it. I never planned on being mugged and hospitalized.

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I usually have a two hour minimum and my rate does include travel within 20 miles and consumables such as nails, saw blades, wood filler, tape (excluding masking tape for a large painting job).

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Communication is the key to a healthy relationship especially new ones. I try to communicate the details and establish expectations up front to minimize surprises.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have thirty years in the trades building everything from custom homes to reactors in a refinery process unit. The travel and stress became too much so I slowed down to enjoy my family and more of what I love about my job.
