Introduction: I specialize in teaching students to connect with themselves and their dance partner for a deeply felt experience of joy while navigating the dance floor with confidence. My aim is to have you leave the lesson feeling inspired, connected and comfortable with what you learned. My passion for latin dancing stretches over 26 years, with 13 years teaching and 12 years performance experience. I am available for 1-on-1, couples and group lessons for students with all skill levels. I teach both leading and following. No partner is required. I'm also available for wedding dance choreographies and father/daughter dances. Packages available. The studio floor fee is not included. Tambien se ofrecen clases en Español.

Ariadne is a great teacher. She’s patient and pays attention to the details which can easily be overlooked if you’re a beginner. She assesses where you’re at and builds from there. This helps with motivation and keeps me wanting to learn more. You can’t go wrong when booking a lesson with her.

I took private Salsa lessons from Ari and what surprised me the most was how she took the time to explain to me how to lead a women so that she would feel safe, trusting and want to follow me. She taught me a lot about the how to be with a partner She helped me connect not just on but also off the dance floor. It was amazing to see how fast I was able to reach a comfortable level on the dance floor. I feel a lot more confidence in myself and can now go out Salsa dancing and enjoy getting to meet women. She’s and extraordinary teacher and I can’t recommend her enough.

Ariadna is a great teacher. I took my first salsa lessons from her and, in only a few sessions, I felt confident in going out to salsa clubs. She is patient and will break down each step so that you can master the dance moves.

Ariadna is a fantastic instructor. She is patient, reliable, and has a wonderful intuitive way of knowing how her students will learn best. My husband and I started working with her for our wedding dance. She did an amazing job with choreographing our dance and was so dedicated to making sure that we did well on our big day. Ariadna is the best! I admittedly have two left feet, so I was super nervous heading over to the lesson. Ariadna calmed me down and helped me get into my body more. After just a few minutes, it felt like I actually had some rhythm! Ariadna's gentle instructions put me at ease and helped me find my flow. It is obvious that she has a lifetime of knowledge in dance by the way she moves so freely across the dance floor. It's like watching water in motion. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
One private lesson is $100 /hour. Packages for Private Lessons: 5 lessons for $475 10 lessons for $900 20 lessons for $1600 The studio rental fee is not included in rates
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When you first reach out we will discuss your goals and I will tailor a program to fit your needs. We will schedule a date and time to meet for your first dance lesson and start working immediately on your dance program. Feel free to ask questions at any time and bring up any concerns and adjustments.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have received training in the following dance companies: Edwin Rivera Project, Los Anormales, Renata Peçanha, Mambo Inc, Bonito y Sabroso. I also taught and received formal dance teacher training at IM Dance Happy Studios in Salsa and Bachata. I have taken countless classes in a variety of partner dances like Argentine Tango, West Coast Swing, Zouk, Hustle, and Country Two Step.
