Hands-down, the best. From the moment I talked to Oscar I knew he was going to be my guy. Once he came in with his crew and assess the situation he was able to walk me through all the steps of the issue and how he was going to fix it. His bedside manner is quality and refreshing in today’s world. Oscar will do what he says. He will do every time. That’s is awesome!

I hired Oscar and his team to replace a section of a leaking pipe, and initially, the experience was positive. However, the after-sales service was terrible, leaving me feeling misled. Before hiring him, Oscar promised me a 2-year warranty via text. After I paid him, he assured me over the phone that I’d receive an official invoice that same day. But the invoice never arrived.
I followed up with him the next day, and he promised to send it “shortly.” Each day after that, I’d reach out, and he’d respond with vague assurances: “sending you shortly,” “sending tonight,” “sending through my computer later today.” Yet, nothing arrived. It felt like a scene out of Inventing Anna, where Oscar kept stringing me along with promises but no action.
Finally, two weeks later, he sent an invoice – but it showed a 1-year warranty, a $0 charge, and a $0 balance. I pointed out the errors and asked him to correct the warranty to 2 years and reflect the actual amount I’d paid. He said he’d fix it, but I never heard back. My calls either went unanswered or went straight to voicemail.
I’d have appreciated a straightforward response rather than repeated empty promises. This was me just trying to get the agreed-upon paperwork. I can’t imagine the frustration if I ever needed to contact him for actual warranty work – it’s likely I’d never be able to get a hold of him.
