My name is Karolina and I founder of Bay Laurel Decor. We do full Event Planning or only partial service. We help to set up a tabletop for any events: weddings, dinner, anniversary, birthday or your special occasion. If you need to assist you to find floral arrangement, catering, balloons, DJ’s, photographer or any musician, or other vendors we are here to help you. For a table designing we provide everything you need for the event, including tableware, glassware, linens, dinner napkins, silverware, and serving pieces. Our team handled the full setup before the event and ensured a seamless cleanup afterward. Serving LA and OC counties, I’m committed to exceeding expectations and making every occasion extraordinary.

Carol was wonderful!! — She made all my visions come to life. As a person who hosts and designs her own events i’m VERY particular. I gave Carol mood boards and wrote out the order of events/how I wanted everything to be laid and placed. I’ve had experiences where my vision was not executed but that was far from the case with Carol. Carol was able to take all my notes and direction to create my dream Nikkah. She’s also the sweetest!!! Definite consider her for decorating your next event.

Karolina made our wedding day feel like a dream.

She created the most stunning arch made of fresh, live flowers — it was even more beautiful than we imagined and truly exceeded all of our expectations. She also designed the bridal bouquet, the bridesmaid bouquet, and the boutonnieres, and every single piece was soft, elegant, and perfectly in our color palette. We also had a gorgeous aisle lined with real flower petals and flowers in vases along the sides, and everything looked fresh and thoughtfully arranged from start to finish.

What meant so much to us was how much heart Karolina put into everything. She even brought things we did not think about at all, like a tablecloth and chair covers, just to make the whole setup look complete and polished. And beyond the flowers, she supported my bride in such a kind, personal way — she met her, helped with her dress and veil, and was there in a very emotional, nervous moment. We will never forget that.

We are truly grateful for her talent, effort, and genuine care. If you want someone who will bring beauty, calm, and love into your wedding day, Karolina is the person you want by your side.
