- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer fair, upfront pricing with no hidden fees. All quotes are provided before work begins. Pricing depends on the type of service, parts required, and labor involved. We occasionally offer discounts for seniors, military members, and repeat customers. Emergency or after-hours services may include an additional fee, which will always be discussed in advance.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, the customer contacts us by phone or message to describe the issue. We then schedule a convenient time for an on-site inspection. After diagnosing the problem, we explain the options and provide a clear quote. Once approved, we complete the repair or installation efficiently and safely, followed by a final test and customer walkthrough.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have hands-on professional training in garage door repair, spring replacement, opener installation, and safety procedures. Our experience includes working with all major garage door brands and systems, staying up to date with industry standards and best practices.
