Corporation / business,
I worked with Steve to do some design work for a Groomsmen gift. He used a photo of my Best Man and turned it into an amazing piece of art. He also designed a logo as well. The caricature and logo were used on customized poker chips that were incredible. They were a major hit at the wedding and my Best Man now keeps a chip on him all the time. Steve is extremely talented and I would suggest any work you are looking for in terms of design and graphics you look to him.Mar 2, 2015
Steve is an amazing designer. He's very patient with requests and easy to work with. He is very responsive. His designs are very clean. Everytime I design a logo, I go to him.Apr 9, 2015
Steve designed a book cover for my book which came out in 2013. Despite being long distance, working with Steve was a pleasure as he was easy to get in touch with. What I like about working with Steve is that he takes the time to get to know his clients and their needs/wishes and works hard to make it happen. Last but not least, he is very patient with revisions and questions which I am very grateful for.Mar 3, 2015

Brooke, thank you so much for the kind words! You were a pleasure as well and I look forward to working with you again. -Steve
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? My hourly rate is $45/hr. I try to estimate how long I think a project will take me, and come up with a flat rate for most projects. If you're ordering a caricature/illustration, I have a price calculator on my personal website, so check it out!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? After the initial conversation, I usually ask for an outline of the client's needs/wants and try to come up with a budget. I'll then send a detailed quote for larger projects. Smaller projects ($100 or less), I'll usually just quote the asking price.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have a BFA from Rutgers University. I've been a graphic designer since 2000 and a professional illustrator since 2013.
