It was a fun experience having the German contractor take care of some things for us. Is a bit of a character, which made it fun for us. 😁 He showed up when he said he would,knew what he was doing. And got the job done rather quickly. And had a great attitude. There are still some good contractors out there who aren't out to gauge your wallet as we found out. 💪👍😁

Rene (again) did an excellent job. This time it was water proofing the exterior of the house and dealing with stucco cracks. Very happy. Would hire Rene again

Helped to work on the leaks of roof of a new addition and garbage caused by the new landscape. Went thru the discussion about the fixes and estimates of time and costs. Becuase of the previous lousy works, the scale of the jobs is bigger than I expected but they were well done in the professional way following the schedule. Highly recommended.
