Stan responded to my inquiry quickly. After answering a few questions provided a fair cost for the work. He contacted the next day for our scheduled appt that he could arrive early if I was available which I was. He found the issue with the light and repaired the loose wire and also discovered a short in the main wiring and repaired that. No parts were required. He cleaned up and provided a lower invoice than the initial quote. I would recommend Stan for handyman work that of course falls into his areas of expertise.

Stan was wonderful to work with. He was very responsive and was quickly able to respond to my request. I needed 2 fans to be installed and Stan came the next day and installed both of them in less than 2 hours. We ran into an issue with ceiling in the 2nd room when installing the fan but Stan was able to resolve it quickly and applied good finishing touches to make it look professional.
