He had several different options to go for which was very good. We had the choice of going with a monitoring system which we would have to pay nothing out of pocket only a small 56 dollar monthly fee or a self monitoring system which we had to buy the entire system. We did the monthly 24/7 monitoring gave me piece of mind knowing my family was being secured 24/7

Do what they say they will do. Not try to charge you for things that they told you would be free. Answer your calls. Show up when you set a time not 5 hours later without letting you know they would not be there on time. Leaving a mess. Changing the day of the appointment and then informing you rather than checking your availability. Just generally a very bad experience.
