- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once you have booked with us. I will reach out to you same day to schedule an appointment to come to your home to meet with you and discuss specific needs prior to the scheduled cleaning appointment . Our priority is to provide you with the respect and care that you deserve with our services. Customer Service Satisfaction is our #1 priority.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With regards to the training relating to house cleaning. As a child I was brought up and taught to take care of my things and always had daily & weekly chores withing our home. Believe it or not, cleaning has been something that I've always been very detailed with and enjoy doing. This is a service that is provided for clients to enjoy and feel good about the money they are spending on a service. I have been cleaning friends and family homes including multi- unit rentals for 6 years now.
