I didn't imagine this kind of cleaning would be possible, among all the cleaning services I've hired in my entire life, certainly Emerald Maids is the best it's been 2 days and I still don't recognize my own house.

At 63 years of age I have used a number of cleaning services. This group was BY FAR the best group that I have ever had! Communication before they arrived was great, they confirmed the day before arrival and arrived ( a group of 4) right on time and cleaned my house top to bottom better than it has ever been cleaned. I highly recommend this group!

We used cleaning services before but Emerald Maids is the best ! Our bathrooms sparkle and the kitchen is like new. They even cleaned all the baseboards, did all the windows, and cleaned everything that didn't move.

They came to my house and acted unprofessional, literally gagging when coming into it. Left shortly after and said they couldn’t do it and said it was a deep clean job even though we have it weekly cleaned. I’m pretty sure they didn’t want to be around my cats and dogs at home, which I’m also sure provoked a gagging response from one of the ladies there. Sure, show me professionally what’s wrong but don’t gag and dramatically run out of my house.

If we acted unprofessionally, you acted untruthfully because the photos you sent me did not match reality at all, you sent me photos of zillow, photos that showed absolutely nothing of what we found when we arrived there, we were taken by surprise with the real state of the house, in addition to what you said that your house was cleaned regularly, making us lower the cleaning fee so that only you would benefit, since a deep cleaning in your house would take an average of 8 hours of work. And I would like to make it clear that the work was not carried out because the house was in unsanitary condition and it has nothing to do with your pets because 90% of the homes we clean have pets.
