LOVE LOVE LOVE. I was in a serious mess when I moved into my apartment. There was cat hair everywhere and I have a pet allergy... these guys went above and beyond and cleaned my entire apartment. The chat hair is gone, terrible cat smell is gone and I have a sparkling clean apartment. What I especially loved was their customer service. They quoted me a price and that was it. Normally with most cleaning crews, they charge you a base fee of two hours and every additional 30 minutes they charge you additional. This racks up your bill and you have no idea how much you are going to spend. These guys told me honestly how much the total cost was going to be and didn't charge extra. Then they first entered, they did a thorough walkthrough of my place and took the time to point out other areas that needed some cleaning love. I really appreciated that. There were many areas that slipped my radar because I was so focused on that cat hair. We ended up splitting my cleaning time over the span of three days but it was worth it. They accommodated my evening schedule and were fun to chat with throughout the entire process. The initial cost may seem right, but for someone who has hired several cleaning services, these guys were the best! I know have a sparkling clean apartment that looks brand new :)
