- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our rates are fixed per project. We send an estimate of the time elapsed for each cleaning so that our customers can organize themselves over time. The prices offered in the app are estimated for the first cleaning and can be adjusted according to the state in which the house is located.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To each new client, we introduce our team, in order to demonstrate to them our professionalism, both in responsibility, trust and in organization in general. During the first cleaning carried out by our team, we understood which of the customer's daily needs need more attention and care at that time. We do a thorough and careful cleaning during this first visit, so that the others receive due attention and care for other areas and emergencies that may arise.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The entire team has more than 4 years of experience in the area of cleaning and organization. We know the products we use and the way we handle them and respect the requests of our customers, such as eco-friendly homes. We are trained and guided to respect the privacy of clients, especially those who work from home. We are punctual with check-in and check-out times. No unnecessary conversations and no cell phone use while working, and as little noise as possible.
