- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My rate is $45/hour for smaller spaces and $55/hour for larger spaces, and it’s a fixed hourly price with no hidden fees. New customers get an introductory rate of $35/hour for their first booking.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we chat about your home and what you’d like me to focus on, such as certain rooms, closets, or organizing projects. Then we agree on a date, time, and estimated hours. To hold your spot, I ask for payment or a deposit at booking, since I turn down other requests for that time slot. Cancellations or reschedules need at least 24-48 hours’ notice. On the day, I clean, organize, and reset your space, and we do a quick walkthrough at the end.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have hands-on experience in hotel housekeeping and Airbnb turnovers. At home, I practice what I do for clients: keeping a clean, well-organized space using low-to-non-toxic cleaning products.
