- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All real estate services are negotiable. You would negotiate with us how much you want to pay.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We would call the new customer and discuss over the phone what specifically he or she wants to be done. Then, if we could fulfill that need, we would arrange a face to face meeting to discuss the terms of the service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an MBA with a specialization in Marketing. Selling your home is done largely by the marketing the Realtor provides. I am a Digital Marketing Specialist, using social media to reach the largest pool of prospects. I have been a CA Licensed Realtor for over 17 years. I am a Broker/Owner of my Brokerage Firm for over 11 years, and have 4 Realtors in our Brokerage.
