- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of our products are handmade and we want to make sure we are giving you the best pricing, so we do like to make sure that we know what exactly it is that you want first before pricing is decided.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we would set up either a zoom meeting or you would come into our office for consultation. Once we meet you we will then go over what it exactly is your looking for so that we can get an understanding of pricing. Once that is established we will then get measurements if needed and get the design process rolling.
