Steve was straight forward, responsive, on time. Didn't try to snow me with lingo--in fact, made me feel confident about my IT issues and took the time to explain things every step of the way, (These were wireless, UVerse, computer issues) I will continue to hire him for all my IT needs. Find someone you trust. Deal with a company that has your best interest at heart and is not looking to merely sell you software. Find a provider that is educated and relies heavily on their reputation to generate new business. Stay away from big box stores.
