- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on the property, number of windows, access, screen condition, and the service scope. We provide free quotes so customers know the cost before we begin. We also offer service for windows, screens, and solar panels, so pricing can be customized based on what each home needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a quick quote based on the customer’s property and what needs to be cleaned. Once scheduled, we arrive on time, review the work, protect the home and surrounding areas, and clean the windows, screens, or solar panels using professional methods. Before we leave, we do a final check to make sure everything looks fresh, clear, and properly finished.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our training is hands-on and focused on proper window cleaning techniques, screen care, solar panel cleaning, purified water systems, ladder safety, and working around coastal homes. We understand the impact of salt air, dust, hard water, and ocean moisture on glass, especially in South Bay and Palos Verdes homes.
