I was completely overwhelmed prior to speaking with Miss Erika. She talked me through everything and was able to clear any doubts or concerns I had. My mind is at ease and I am thankful for her!!

Erika (Cast Your Cares Event Planning) is a true professional planner and an excellent event coordinator. Rosa and I chose Erika to coordinate our wedding and although it was the biggest wedding in town, it certainly had it's challenges and Ms. Erika handled everyone of them like a pro. We could not have been happier with Erika and her work with us and our vendors. Her greatest asset was no more evident and very much on display, the day of our wedding. Wow... Erika was spot on from start to finish, keeping all those involved with our special day, on time and together. From getting my bride's hair and makeup finished (with photos!) and into the limo to the church ON TIME, to making sure all of our guests were enjoying the reception (photos of us at each table), and then keeping us on time leaving the reception and off to our life as husband and wife. Just a well done job all around. I would like to complement Erika on her beautiful decorations for the reception (tables, cake tables, etc,) and her expert management the guest seating chart (which is not and easy chore) .... Rosa and I were so impressed with Erika's work coordinating our wedding, we do plan to chose Cast Your Cares again with upcoming professional and special events (milestone birthdays and charity functions). Thanks again Erika! You are a dream to work with and you helped us truly enjoy our very special day! Rosa and Pete Mouwen

Words cannot express how wonderful Erika is. Our wedding would not have been what it was if it wasn’t for Her. Erika went over and beyond to make sure my husband and I got down the isle at peace and with no stress. Erika answer every phone call, brought new ideas and sas to every meeting, fulfilled every promised and took the load of durning wedding planning. Everyday leading up to the wedding Erika gave my husband and I homework to spend quality time with one another. She made it fun all the way to “I do” I highly recommend Erika for any event she does not disappoint!

My husband surprised me for Valentine’s Day and hired beautiful Erika to be our mixologist for the evening. She created many signature cocktails. OMG, so delicious and her presentation was top notch. You will be totally pleased!!!! Thanks Erika for a memorable night.
