Wish I could give more stars! Alain was completely responsive and understanding of my situation. As most homeowners try to do, we tried fixing something and another issue arises. We had tried swapping out my faucet and one of the pipes broke off at the elbow. This resulted in us being without water as this house is older and the only way to turn the faucet off is at the water main. I had multiple people try and help me get it out, but we all failed. It took Alain about 30 minutes in and out to take care of this issue. His experience and tips were extremely helpful today! Thank you so much for the professionalism and support today!

We had a leak behind the kitchen sink , so we called Alain to get help, he came in looked at it with no service charge . He identified the root cause and proposed fix , gave a better quote. Overall I’m very happy with his service and would hire him again
