I want to start by saying I really apologize. There was a scheduling conflict due to a personal emergency that I had the first day of our scheduling. I did try and accommodate the next day, however my first appointment went longer than anticipated and you stated you had to be out of the home by 6:30pm. With traveling time in mind that would not have given us enough time to do anything in the home. I am truly sorry and if given the chance would like to make it up to you and offer a discounted price for any future cleanings.

I would like to say that I am very happy with the results of my cleaning. I know that there were a lot of challenges for the cleaners but they worked through it. Not sure what type of products they used but the house smelled wonderful once complete. Thanks again Cheryl for all the attention to detail.

My home looked fantastic once the crew was finished. They were on time as scheduled. Cheryl definitely has ways of removing stains out of your toilet. I was truly amazed. I thought I was going to have to replace but she saved the day. Definitely will hire for all future cleaning needs.
