Introduction: I have a great amount of experience, as for 2 years, I helped my daughter found her support and rescue service for abandoned pets in Texas. I have a huge love & appreciation for all animals.
I have two Rescued dogs of my own (1 Blue Nose Stafordshire & a Dogo Argintino) who are my husband's & my "kids" now that our 2 legged kids are grown. We have always had pets of all kinds throughout life, including, but not limited to, sled dogs in Alaska.
I spent a year & 1/4 taking care full time of an aging disabled Great Pyrenees who walked with the help of a wheel chair.until he passed on to the Rainbow Bridge then i for 4 yrs. until a year ago. 1 hr. a day I would still feed & care for his little "brother" a Boston Terrier. But i took a year off to have knee replacement surgeries; the last one was last December. They are All healed up now.
That leaves a number of hours a day/night to love & care for your fur babies. There's nothing I enjoy more about being retired than how much time it gives me to hang out with so many precious & interesting characters.
I’m also a great person to house sit for u as I’m retired & don’t have a 9 to 5 to run off to every day.
