I felt really comfortable finding a provider through this web-service.. unfortunately however I will probably never take this route again. Brian was very responsive upfront and did not have a start up fee on top of the first month upfront cost of $70 which is fair and competitive in comparison. He was on time and most importantly "arrived" on our first scheduled date. I showed him around and what we would like to accomplish over time. He mowed my lawn that day and pulled out 2 plants. I payed the upfront cost along with a $10 tip. His next scheduled date he didn't show up, but at least I received an unprovoked text stating he wasn't able to make it but would first thing the next day. He didn't show up again and this time with no text following to advise. I called him this time and he told me had car trouble. I get it, these things can happen. He sent a guy the next week that did weed eating on my side yard. The next scheduled date, another no show..this time he said he fell in a pool he was cleaning. I asked him to please just let me know if he didn't have room in his schedule to include my property in his service.. he assured me that he did..yet again did not show up when promised. I called to fire him and was told finally that yes, he wasn't able to fulfill his commitment. I told him that I didn't pay $70 plus a $10 tip to have my lawn mowed once and a little weed eating done.. he offered to send me a check for $35 ...and you guessed it.. that didn't show up either. I texted him today to follow up on that check..no answer. You're better off asking your neighbors Gardner to service your property..this guy's a sham.. puts on that he's professional but with zero follow through..or at least not enough to be worth my money
