We take pride in our transparent pricing for your job! We understand that each job will be unique, so we recommend a quick phone consultation with one of our friendly team members to better assess your needs and only pay for what you need!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we first get in contact with a new customer, we want to make you feel like we are family! We highly recommend getting on the phone to discuss your job with one of our friendly team members so they can better assess your unique situation. After the job has been clarified, we are able to give you a quote and schedule a date and time that is right for you! We will be in contact and send you reminders all the way up to your move day. On your move day, we will give you an exact ETA so you will know when to expect your experts to arrive!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Both of our founders have earned their bachelors degrees in both business and communications. This helps us out when we are interacting with customers, doing scheduling, and assessing the job at hand.
