We are doing a new construction project in Belmont and have interviewed and hired many contractors for architecture, general contracting, tile work, flooring, and more, and Matt from Greentech has stood out as the most professional and helpful of all of them. We have had many issues with the framing and window ordering and despite none of these being Matt's fault, Matt has been incredibly helpful and solution oriented, often times making of for the mistakes of our GC.
From suggesting ways to waterproof a window that couldn't be mulled or how to fix windows that didn't open right to exterior finishing ideas for the entry door, Matt was always providing solutions to problems he didn't create. You can't ask for more than that as a home owner.
In addition, Matt's crew was very professional and on time despite having to leave at 6am to get through traffic to get to our jobsite. Unlike the workers from our GC, his guys had proper, professional equipment (including safety equipment!) that gave us confidence that he was doing the job right from start to end.
And last but not least, Matt's prices were very competitive. He could have charged us extra for having to come back to our jobsite two extra times because of issues that were not his fault, but he didn't.
In a big project like ours, there are some contractors I dreaded talking to, people who the very thought of talking to would raise my blood pressure. Matt was the opposite as every time I talked to him he came up with solutions. I would fully recommend him and his team to anyone. We even tried to hire him to install ou interior doors but he was too busy to take the job :).

Matt and his team came and installed 19 windows and 2 sliding doors for me in 2 days. Matt is very professional and gives you a lot of information about windows and doors on the first day of getting a quote. He measured all the windows and doors and gave me a quote within a day or so. Everything was explained on how and when everything will be done. They arrived on time and did a fantastic job on both days. Cleaned after each day. I even had a garden window in a kitchen that i wanted to replace with some other design. Matt helped us to pick a window that worked out really great. Overall I am very happy with the quality of the work and the manner it was done. I would defiantly recommend Green Technology Windows and Doors to anyone who is looking to replace their windows.
