Introduction: Yes we have EARNED the "TOP PRO" title in a short period of time for a reason. We do TOP PRO work but not at a top pro price! BEFORE YOU READ ON: WE DO NOT DO JOBS IN FRESNO OR BAKERSFIELD they are outside of our service area. We are not only a 5 star rated Handy man service but also the best and most responsive bee removal service. The reason for not having many recent reviews here is that we have been so busy with word of mouth referrals that we have not have had to purchase any job leads here recently. No job too small! We have several years of all types of construction and repair experience to handle most anything. Our goal is to do quality work efficiently at a fair price so hopefully you will contact us for all of your future handyman needs and maybe refer us to others. When I first called Jeff, he showed interest that he wanted to help. Since I live alone and am a senior (and female) I need help in certain things that I just don't know how to do. Jeff and I set up an appointment time where he would look at the work that needed to be done and give me an estimate. He showed up on time and had a pleasant, professional manner. I had already sort-of hired another handyman to do the job but I liked Jeff's personality so much that I called the other fellow and told him I had hired someone else. I hired Jeff to move a security/screen door from the front door to the back door and to install a new security/screen door on the front door. I had ordered the door online from Lowes.com. I told Jeff that I didn't have a way to pickup the new door but that a friend offered to take me to Lowes. Jeff offered to pick up the new door for me, which was super nice of him! Jeff's first installation went perfect. He was able to remove the screen door from the front of the house and installed it on the back. It looks beautiful. (Everything looks level and perfect.) Then, as Jeff was installing the new security door, I decided I didn't like the color and I changed my mind. At this point, Jeff could have gotten really mad at me, but instead, gently removed the door and offered to return it to Lowes, where I ordered the color I wanted. Jeff is very professional, kind, caring and a very knowledgeable handyman. I will definitely hire him again!! I would give Jeff 10 stars if I could! I would highly recommend Jeff for any handyman jobs that you have. He's wonderful. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
BEFORE YOU READ ON: Please be serious about going forward with your project before you contact us. This site charges for first contact so if you reach out to us we get charged a fee. So do the other sites. This can get quite expensive depending on the job category. I don't gouge. I have a conscious and only charge what is a fair price for both of us. An ESTIMATE is just that. An ESTIMATE. It is NOT the final price. Things beyond my control are just that., beyond my control or weren't obvious when looking at the project, underneath or behind obstructions etc.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To get as much detail about the project first. through pictures, talking, texts and then relaying what a fair and honest estimate.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Many years of building, equipment maintenance. Construction work and farming. I am a true Jack of all Trades kind of guy. Like the Farmers insurance commercial. I know how to do a thing or two, cause I've done a thing or two!
