Put down drop cloths before you start. Wet, moldy material placed on the carpet. Walked on all day. Didn’t clean up anything. Left it for a few days then finally vacuumed a little. They should clean up their mess before they leave the job. Left a mess in the work area for a couple days. Left a mess in my garage and in my driveway.
Details: No, repair is not urgent • No, the building is not currently flooded • Leaking pipes • Condo or apartment
