- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We will not be the "cheapest" but we will not be the most expensive either. We charge a fair price for high quality workmanship. We will however, do whatever we can, to give you the quality workmanship you deserve, at a price you can afford. If you have received a quote lower than ours, let us know. If we can reasonably beat it we will.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We prefer to initially meet with the customer face to face. We want to make sure that the customer is completely comfortable with us, and us them. discuss the full scope of the project, and see exactly what their vision is.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
On the job training since 1982!
