Introduction: My inspections and reports are very complete. Reports are easy to ready and navigate, they have identified photos showing most of the issues that are in need of repair. Some items are better explained if there is a photo to back up the statement especially in attic or foundation crawl space areas where you would not go on an inspection review. I do an on-site inspection review with my client (if they are present) before leaving the property. I love working with people and giving them the most accurate information so they can make the decision whether to purchase the home or not.

I ordered two home inspections from this company. Both we made in a couple of days after the request submitted by email. All people I showed the inspection reports (real estate agents and property maintenance specialists) regarded the reports from Eagle One Home Inspections as excellent and very professionally made. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My Inspection fees start at $325.00 and graduate from there depending upon the size, age and location of the home. Call for quote.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, I have have a monthly meeting with the local chapter of the California Real Estate Inspection Association (CREIA). I am an officer in our local chapter (present Treasurer) . We are required to get a minimum of 30 credits a year to keep our Certification (CCI) and have been a member since my company inception in 2003.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I love to help people find a safe home to live in.
