- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Quality cannot be discounted. Every material is different and requires specific methods to be utilized for a proper and lasting installation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After reaching out to the client, an appointment is set up to go over the project site and gather information for an estimate. After the estimate is approved, a schedule is put together and the work gets begins accordingly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have ample experience working on a variety of jobsites. I trained under a master journeyman home builder and a master craftsman stone mason.
