Unfortunately, she was late for the first meeting. We set up a cleaning and she cancelled literally one minute before the start time. There was coordinating of schedules to accommodate the day/time to make it work. Even with emergencies, cancelling one minute prior to a scheduled job is unacceptable and unprofessional.
