Kristina, Nora and team were AMAZING!! We moved in to a 5 bedroom house that hadn’t been well cared for or frequently cleaned. I reached out for a carpet and tile cleaning. They were responsive, helpful, and willing to work with my changing requests. They checked with me as they worked and explained the cleaning process they were doing, to make sure I was happy with the progress and the outcomes. My tile floors are bright and shining. And I couldn’t have hoped for cleaner, fresher carpets!! I can’t believe how many of the stains, dinge, and dirt they got out!! I will 💯 hire them again!!

Roman was very responsive, friendly, and professional. He arrived on time, worked hard, and for general carpetcleaning, I think the service was good.
However, my carpet had several stains that were more severe than normal, including bleach stains, makeup stains, and old chocolate milk stains that had been left untreated for a long time. Unfortunately, these stains could not be removed.
The property management has now informed me that the entire carpet needs to be replaced. As a result, having the carpetcleaned did not help me avoid the replacement charges.

As discussed prior to the service, while we always do our best to treat stains, we cannot guarantee 100% stain removal, particularly with old or permanent damage. Bleach stains are especially important to distinguish from regular stains, as bleach chemically removes or alters the carpet’s color and unfortunately cannot be restored through professional cleaning.
We’re sorry to hear that your property management ultimately decided the carpet needed to be replaced. We truly appreciate you choosing us and wish the cleaning could have changed that outcome.

They are Amazing! Please hire them for house keeping and all your cleaning services.
I had a terrible experience with another cleaning service that did not show up. I called this company Friday afternoon and they came Saturday afternoon and cleaned my entire home including the blinds and the cabinets. They are very responsive and professional, the girls did an AMAZING job! I was very impressed with their services. I will be using them again in the future!

The girls did an amazing job! Everything was cleaned extremely well, and you can tell they really know what theyre doing. Four guys live in our two-bedroom apartment, and honestly, no one had properly cleaned it in almost two years They came in, handled everything, and now the apartment looks like we just moved in again. Super clean and fresh. Were very happy with the service and will definitely call them more often maybe more than once every two years Highly recommend!
